„Not Warriors” to utwór opowiadający o rozstaniu. Knight śpiewa tu z perspektywy mężczyzny całkowicie zdewastowanego przez były związek. Pomiędzy więzią, jaka była między nim a jego partnerką nie pozostało już praktycznie nic, oprócz paru wspomnień i poczucia pustki. Wokalista czuje się przytłaczająco samotny, zepsuty, niezdolny do normalnego funkcjonowania. Wyprany z emocji może tylko wspominać czasy, w których wszystko było lepsze i nic nie zapowiadało tak tragicznych wydarzeń.
