Verse 1:
One day after school I was walking to my home/
From the bus stop, but not talking on my phone
I got past the main roads then left in pursuit/
Down an alley where there was a man dressed in a suit
He had red eyes which I thought were contacts
He stopped me and I was gonna resort to combat
I said "yes, sir? What can I do for ya?"
He said "vice versa, and please, call me Lucifer"
He asked about life and amongst other things
How I'd like to live forever with some summoning
And to have power and all I hate gone
He said "it's the same song and dance - would you take one?"
I asked how much, my voice sort of shaky
He said "I'll figure out a form of payment"
I said "but I don't have a high financial threshold"
He smiled grimly, shook my hand and said "sold"

Verse 2:
The next day I woke from the worst dream
In which I'd made a deal with the devil - the first thing/
I noticed that was weird that day was on the television
Catastrophe all over the world like Hell had risen
And the guy that bullied me cause I was smart and rapped/
Was found dead after a suspicious heart attack
That crazy man in the alley that riddled me made/
A promise to rid all I hate - maybe this was the day
But I didn't take him seriously - he said I'd be immortal
I thought he was high, especially when he chortled
Later that day I hit a guy when at school/
Just for looking at me but that isn't like me at all
I was always angry and felt like killing at times
Could hear voices and see things in my peripheral sight
Faces were changing to that of a demon
But I was sure that it wasn't as bad as it seemed

Verse 3:
About a week later the weatherman forgot a storm
At home Lucifer rose from a pentagram on the floor
But he had hooves, a pointy tail, red skin, horns
And leathery wings, all but no pitch fork
I asked why he was there and how he knew where I lived
He said "I must have made a deal with the stupidest kid"
After all I didn't even know what I bought
I begged for his forgiveness but he showed no remorse
I said "I don't wanna play devil's advocate
So how about we just draw a level and we quit?"
He said "you're an odd soul - speaking of the devil
I want it, you got it? I'm gonna be keeping it forever"
He laughed and said "this is how you'll return the favour"
I threw holy water at him and it burned to vapour
He hissed and I screamed "the power of Christ compels you"
Then a portal devoured him and I smiled while he fell through
