Old times that I remember, back in those days
So many memories it was almost like yesterday
Fun times I had, times where I was mad
Recalling all the very goods and the very bads
Man, sometimes I wish I could go backwards
But most of the time I just wanna move on forward
Hot and burning days, rainy cold days
Depression and embarrassment type of days
Travel back in time to fix things if I could
But in the end I can never change my childhood
Yeah, kids prolly thought that I was crazy
Walking in the playground just thinking aimlessly
Stargazer, told you that I’m a day dreamer
Innovative brain I always love being the creator
Besides Matt I had nobody as my friend
So I just wrote stories with my pencils and pens
Literally no clue what other kids my age did
Outsider from the beginning I never fitted in
My bed used to be filled with stuffed animals
Bringing them on adventures I thought it was normal
Oh I remember naming them name by name
Each one was different not one was the same
Then my parents decided to donate them all
Started screaming and crying I went into a bawl
Not just them but my other toys as well
Seeing them all gone my precious heart fell
Why? Cause they were all my only friends
Even though they weren’t alive I had to pretend

I just only wished for somebody to care
I even decided to make characters out of my hands
Of course anybody hearing this won’t understand
Switch of a finger or position, new character
Played this in the car along with my younger brother
Yeah we called it Hello the protagonist was Fello
Even added commercials and different shows I was a weird fellow
Then one day my brother decided to stop playing
I got super mad cause I wanted to keep playing
Then I just decided to write chapter books
Always failed cause I didn’t have what it took
Making comics and drawing all the time
Of my own imagination, ideas in my mind
Hated the way my parents taught and raised me
Cause now I’m overcautious and rule binding
But I know it’s all for my good, parent teaching
If I have any kids I’ll try to give my best fathering
Now seeing my baby brother I see similarities
Though I was much more stranger as a kiddy
Man that’s my childhood, my childhood
Can’t believe that now I’m not where I stood
