Sophomore I kept writing rhymes
But as kid who only saw dollar signs
Rhymes were simple, people still liked em
People were surprised that I typed em
And finally I wrote a remix to runaway by ludacris
But at this point I could say that I was not new to this
I was my first good song it’s a funny full circle
High school I was the kid that always rocked purple
After the song I started getting better

With a heart and if there is somewhere to start it would be there

And then junior year scotty started rapping
I guess you could call it that but people thought that he snapping
And I couldn’t believe that people couldn’t see me
So then I decided to make a CD
So I spent hours and hours blowing off assignment
Telling my Mr. B "Aye don’t bother to assign this"
Nah just playing I really worked my ass off
3 years later I saw my dreams blast off
Cause I did something great don’t keep it on the down low
My album got just over 500 downloads
And seeing how my audience is just media
It means my album went around the world Expedia

I think it’s cause I’m not one of those rappers who pretends
That I’m doing things I’m not or making threats against your living
People heard the album like dude you’re really spitting
I’m always been different give my early stuff a listen
And my mission is just to prove I’m a musician

Amazing that I’ve come, back with so much confidence
Dropped an album and the world I feel on top of it
