the book I read today was "living beyond your feelings" by joyce meyer. and this book talks about controlling your feelings or emotions before they control you. this book is actually good for anybody that constantly feels insecure, unsure, or undecided of anything. it also works for people that have depression or that are just giving up on life..

today's chapter was about being emotional. we all have days where we feel more emotional than other days, and there may be reasons why. sometimes we feel emotional because something upset us the day before and we didn't resolve it. in life, we face challenges that god puts in our lives so that we learn a lesson. he doesn't it to hurt you, he does it to protect you. you may feel lonely at times because he's putting you aside to work on you and make you a better you.

today's chapter was about telling someone how you feel. its never okay to bottle up your emotions, but its also not okay to just tell anybody about how you feel. you always have to be careful on who you let out all your feelings to. the people you should really trust is god, a close friend, or a family member. many people spend a lot of money on people that'll listen to them. but that's really no help because when you talk to somebody about you're feeling, they have to really be able to help you, not just listen.

today's chapter is about how our secrets make us sick. everybody in this world has at least one secret that they've kept for either 2 days, or 20. it can be a good secret, or a bad one. but no matter the secret, it will begin to make you feel anxious, frustrated, sick. and that's never good. we constantly think about that secret then that prevents us from living a peaceful, healthy life.

today's chapter was about feeling insecure. when going through something, we begin to feel a certain way. we think about everything that we did wrong in life and not everything we did good. most of the time we have this habit where we begin to think negatively about everything that we did, and we will do. but that's wrong. god is never going to leave you half way when is comes to life situations. you should never hurt or insult yourself.
