This is a conversation between two people

The first person is a cop who got his donuts stolen and the second person is the person who stole the donuts from the cop
The setting is in Ohio, 1986 on West 42nd street right next to the McDonalds. The cop is outside of this guys apartment with his gun drawn and microphone and he's saying to the guy through the microphone this...

[COPS VOICE]
Hey I want you to come out with your hands up. I see, I want some two donuts in your hand. I want one donut in the right hand and I want one donut in the left hand right when you come out of that house. I want to see your hands both up in the air and there better be donuts in there and it better be chocolate donuts because thats the ones that got stolen from me this morning. If I see a glazed donut, or anything today, or a strawberry I am gonna put a cap in your ass. I'm not playing games. Like I couldn't eat my sandwich today because I didn't eat my donuts. I gotta eat my donuts before I do anything today. So you better come out

[GUY WHO STOLE COPS DONUTS VOICE]
Hey I'm not coming out of this house you see I didn't even steal your donuts I didn't even have any donuts. I don't have donuts in here. you better get out of here you need a search warrant or something

[COPS VOICE]
Hey I don't need a search warrant to come in your house. You stole my two donuts from me this is not... this is.... I know you're the perpetrator. I know your the perpetrator. I'm gonna come in your house if you don't come out

[GUY WHO STOLE COPS DONUTS VOICE]
Well you better come in this house because I'm not giving....

So what happens next is the cop, he knocks the guys door down. There is gun shots fired over these two donuts, that Aunt Bertha made this morning, and so theres gun fire. The cop gets shot. The perpetrator guy who stole his donuts gets shot and then they're both laying on the ground but they're still alive so they're still yelling at each other and this is what they said

[COPS VOICE]
Hey you fuckin shot me dude. This not funny. This is really hurts. It went right into my knee cap. Like who shoots someone in the knee cap

[GUY WHO STOLE COPS DONUTS VOICE]
Yo well I didn't shoot you, I don't know where i shot you at. but you shot me in my elbow. Thats worse than your knee. But its freaking hurts oooooohoohoowoooo I'm about to dial something. Call 911

[COPS VOICE]
Yo I am 911 I'm not gonna lie, you can't call 911 when you're 911 it doesn't work like that. I gotta call on my radio

And so the guy, the cop, he calls his radio for 911. He tells the operator that there is gunshots fired and the operator he doesn't think that this is a real call because he said that it was over two donuts. So the operator who ate kentucky fried chicken for dinner hangs up on him. And they both lay there on the street And the cop has a bullet in his knee. The perpetrator guys that stole the donuts has a bullet in his elbow and they lay there. They can't move. Its like they have a 20 pound, 20 ton weight like on their shoulders. They can't get up. and so they lay there. Pretty soon the sun goes down and they're laying there in the middle of the street. No one comes to help them. Because it's in a bad part of town. All of a sudden there is a bus. The bus is coming really fast at the cop and the other guy. It's going really fast. It's not stopping. I think. I think its going to hit them
