„Kill Or Become” to kawałek opowiadający o apokalipsie zombie. Fisher przedstawia tutaj wizję świata, w której plaga żywych trupów zmieniła kompletnie zasady, jakimi trzeba się kierować, by przeżyć. Teraz nie można już nawet przez chwilę wahać się przed podejmowaniem trudnych decyzji. Trzeba nauczyć się zabijać bez mrugnięcia okiem, bo to jedyny sposób na to, żeby nie skończyć jako pokarm dla truposzy.
W każdej sekundzie można stać się ofiarą ataku, a wtedy wahanie i wątpliwości będą tym, co nas zgubi. Dlatego autor wzywa nas tu do tego, byśmy wzięli swoje piły łańcuchowe i bez skrupułów wyrąbali sobie drogę przez zastępy zombiaków. To już i tak nie są ludzie, tylko bezmyślne, chodzące mięso, które chce się tylko na nas pożywić, by zaspokoić swój potworny głód. Nie powinniśmy więc mieć żadnych wyrzutów sumienia i bronić się za wszelką cenę.
Motyw inwazji żywych trupów na przestrzeni lat staje się coraz bardziej popularny. Mamy coraz więcej filmów, książek i gier w tej tematyce, nie ma się więc co dziwić, że i muzyka stara się dotknąć tej materii. To, że Corpsegrinder jest fanem popkultury i zapalonym graczem tym bardziej wskazuje na to, że temat zombiaków jest mu bliski.
