Wydany 28 czerwca 2023 roku utwór „Big Hammer” to trzeci singiel, po piosenkach „I Want You To Know” oraz „Loading”, który stanowi zapowiedź szóstego pełnowymiarowego albumu studyjnego brytyjskiego piosenkarza, autora tekstów i producenta Jamesa Blake’a Litherlanda. Wydawnictwo noszące tytuł „Playing Robots Into Heaven” swoją premierę odbędzie 8 września 2023 roku. Krążek ukaże się za pośrednictwem wytwórni Republic Records.
Zapowiadane wydawnictwo będzie następcą albumu „Friends That Break Your Heart” z października 2021 roku. Tak na temat singla i całego projektu wypowiedział się reżyser teledysku do „Big Hammer” Oscar Hudson: „Z opisu dowiedziałem się, że ten utwór i ogólnie album będą w pewnym sensie zmianą tempa dla Jamesa – że zamierza wrócić do swoich korzeni w zakresie produkcji muzyki tanecznej, bardziej niż w przypadku jego ostatniego dzieła i to samo w sobie będzie znaczącą zmianą lub czymś nieco destrukcyjnym”.
