W tym wyprodukowanym przez Internet Money utworze Tecca opowiada o miłości, którą wszyscy tracą, i o tym, jak wszyscy pragną przede wszystkim pieniędzy i zdobycia fortuny. Na Trillerze Lil Tecca zapowiadał tę piosenkę 25 marca 2020 roku, podobnie jak wiele innych swoich piosenek. Oficjalnie utwór został wydany 16 kwietnia 2020 roku. Oczekuje się, że będzie to jeden z singli zapowiadających jego nadchodzący album studyjny, zatytułowany „Virgo World.”
Intro „Out of Love” rozpoczyna się od sampli utworu „Still Life” w wykonaniu Slow Magic z albumu „How to Run Away” wydanego w 2014 roku. Już na samym początku Tecca ryzykuje stwierdzenie, że obecnie człowiek nie odbiera miłości jako najważniejszej wartości.
