Słyszymy tutaj historię nierówności, braku tolerancji, nienawiści i rasizmu. 2Pac przypomina sobie dni kiedy był małym chłopcem, mówi o nich, że były dobre i radosne. Przypatruje się też tym, którzy dopiero wchodzą w życie, małym dzieciakom. I współczuje im życia w świecie, który ich otacza. Wszyscy obwiniają młodych ludzi o całe zło, wytykają im błędy, zrzucają na nich odpowiedzialność. A to nie oni tak naprawdę są winni wykroczeń, które popełniają. Winę ponosi całe społeczeństwo, które nie potrafi wygenerować warunków odpowiednich dla trudnej młodzieży.
2Pac ma nadzieję, że świat się zmieni na lepsze, że przestanie rządzi nim chęć zysku i nienawiść do drugiego człowieka. Sprzeciwia się rasizmowi, którego ofiara sam wielokrotnie padał. Nieważne czy jesteś czarny czy biały, mówi, wszyscy jesteśmy ludźmi i musimy się zjednoczyć. Po to żeby świat nie upadł.
Przyznaje również, że sam nie jest bez winy. W swoim życiu niejednokrotnie błądził, robił złe rzeczy. Jednak zmienia się, próbuje każdego dnia być lepszym człowiekiem. Apeluje więc do wszystkich ludzi żeby również dostrzegli konieczność zmiany. Dla dobra świata i wszystkich jego mieszkańców.
