Analiza piosenki
W tym kawałku młoda Keke przedstawia się światu i od razu zaznacza, że nie będzie dawała sobie w kaszę dmuchać. „Bottoms Up” to niejako wizytówka wokalistki, a przy tym kawałek, mający nam pokazać, że nie warto patrzeć na to, co robią inni i lepiej jest skupić się na własnym życiu, kierując się ścieżką, jaką sami sobie wybierzemy.
Palmer jest tego jakby nie patrzeć najlepszym przykładem, w końcu nie każdy w tak młodym wieku zdobywa taką pozycję jak ona. Chce nam uświadomić, że doszła do tego dzięki temu, że nie boi się wyzwań i czuje, że ma światu do pokazania naprawdę wiele. Korzysta więc ze wszystkich okazji, jakie podsuwa jej życie, nie przejmując się opinią otoczenia. Przyznaje przy tym, że dopiero się rozkręca i zamierza jeszcze dużo namieszać w swojej karierze. Zachęca też wszystkich, którzy nie czują się pewni siebie, i wstydzą się pokazać swoje umiejętności, by zebrali się na odwagę i wkroczyli na szerokie wody, tak samo jak ona.
Siedząc w domu nie robi się kariery. Dopiero cieżką pracą i rzecz jasna odrobiną szczęścia można coś zdziałać, trzeba najpierw jednak uwierzyć w samego siebie. Każdy ma jakiś talent, należy go więc rozwijać, bo kto wie, może w przyszłości to zaprocentuje?
