Nazywanie tej piosenki „Newspaper” przemawia do charakteru tekstu. Ta piosenka staje się „świadkiem”, którego słowa mówią, że nie dostali. Dotyczy to również dwóch konkretnych osób. Nie sądzę, żeby nawet byli tego świadomi. Te rzeczy wynikają z tego, że tłumię potrzebę dotarcia do nich i bycia przyjaciółmi.
Wiele razy, kiedy piszę piosenki, dzieje się tak dlatego, że nie mogę dotrzeć do osoby w prawdziwym życiu. Tak to się wszystko zaczęło, pisanie. Pisałam listy do moich rodziców, ponieważ nie chcieli mnie słuchać. Pisałam listy, żeby być cicho, dopóki list się nie skończy, żeby mi nie przeszkadzali. Nie wiem, dlaczego nazwałam ten utwór „Gazeta”. Prawdopodobnie nie wiedziałam, jak nazwać plik, więc prawdopodobnie miałam obok siebie gazetę i po prostu napisałam „Gazeta”.
