Często w naszych podróżach z Bogiem napotykamy okresy dezorientacji zaraz po zrobieniu czegoś, co wydaje się być właściwym krokiem w naszym życiu. W „Osmun Place” (nazwanym tak na cześć ulicy, przy której znajdowało się moje mieszkanie w college’u) starałem się pokazać, jak wyglądało moje życie w takiej sytuacji.
Rok wcześniej po raz pierwszy naprawdę poczułem, że Bóg wzywa mnie do zrobienia czegoś. Tym czymś, jak się wydawało, było ubieganie się o letnie staże w południowej Kalifornii. Kiedy tam przyjechałem, otworzyły się przede mną nieoczekiwane drzwi. Kiedy tam byłam, nawiązałam bliższy kontakt z Kings Dream i ostatecznie podpisałam kontrakt płytowy. Zakochałam się po raz pierwszy i zobaczyłam, jak chcę, by wyglądało moje życie w przyszłości. Podążyłam za Bogiem i otrzymałam kilka zmieniających życie błogosławieństw, więc czułam się, jakbym spełniała swoje marzenie.

To właśnie w tej bezcelowości i zagubieniu napisałem „Osmun Place”. W piosence mówię o banalnych codziennych doświadczeniach, które dzieją się wokół mnie, powtarzam rady, których mi udzielono, a przede wszystkim wołam do Boga. Czasami wydaje się, że to wszystko, co możesz zrobić.
