„Strangers Again” dotyczy uświadomienia sobie, że nie chcesz już być w związku. Chrissy śpiewa o dystansowaniu się od tej osoby, mając nadzieję, że znów stanie się „po prostu obcą”. Dotyka też poczucia, że jest uwięziona w czymś, przez co nie chce być ograniczana.
