„Endless Nights” to utwór pochodzący z wydanego 4 sierpnia 2023 roku albumu studyjnego irlandzkiego piosenkarza, autora tekstów oraz producenta muzycznego Ciana Ducrota, „Victory”. Wydawnictwo jest następcą albumu „Make Believe” z 2021 roku. Krążek został wydany za pośrednictwem wytwórni Polydor Records.
Tak na temat piosenki i jej znaczenia wypowiedział się Ducrot: „’Endless Nights’ to utwór, który napisałem wcześnie, pomiędzy pisaniem 'All for You’ i 'I’ll Be Waiting’, wszystkie zostały napisane przy tym samym pianinie w mojej starej kuchni”.
„Zebrałam ogromny zbiór zwrotów lub powiedzeń, które bardzo mi się podobały. Pewnego dnia zdecydowałem się ułożyć je w kolejności rymów i połączyć w kilka tekstów, i ta historia otworzyła się przede mną. Przez większość czasu naturalnie piszę w 6/8 i napisałem wszystkie te piosenki, a kiedy wysłałem je do mojego wydawcy, jej jedyną uwagą było: 'Powinieneś przestać pisać piosenki w 6/8′. Byłem trochę wkurzony, więc prawie w ramach rekompensaty usiadłem i napisałem piosenkę z największą liczbą czwórek”.
