„Past Self” to utwór pochodzący z wydanego 9 maja 2025 roku nowego pełnowymiarowego albumu studyjnego brytyjskiego kolektywu Sleep Token, zatytułowanego „Even In Arcadia”. Krążek ukazał się za pośrednictwem wytwórni RCA Records.

Utwór „Past Self” porusza tematy transformacji, samooceny i walki między tożsamością przeszłości i teraźniejszości. Teksty przedstawiają osobę uwięzioną pomiędzy tym, kim była, a tym, kim się staje, zmagającą się ze zmianą, wątpliwościami i strachem przed regresją. „Past Self” to rozważanie na temat zmiany, jej koniecznością, bólem i niepewnością.
