W tekście „Absolutely Nothing” Lily Allen zwraca się do kogoś, kto bardzo ją skrzywdził i komu ma za złe jego zachowania i wybory. Najpewniej chodzi tutaj o jej partnera, człowieka, z którym była związana, a którym postanowił od niej odejść. Taki wniosek nasuwa się w chwili, w której przeczytamy słowa tej piosenki.
