Kontynnując historię, jaką panowie z Shinedown opowiadają nam na tym krążku przechodzimy do kawałka, w którym widzimy wewnętrzną walkę bohatera. Ścierają się tutaj dwie części jego osobowości – ta, która rozpaczliwie próbuje zapanować nad swoim życiem i ta, która wypacza rzeczywistość, stara się dalej prowadzić do autodestrukcji tego człowieka.
Smith za pomocą tego kawałka chce nam uświadomić, że czasami nawet gdy znajdujemy się w naprawdę trudnym momencie swojego życia nie zawsze jesteśmy w stanie przyznać się do tego, że mamy problemy. Nawet jeśli nasza codzienność jest piekłem, myślenie o zmianie może wywoływać w nas strach, opór, prowadzić do tego że zaczniemy usprawiedliwiać własne wady, przerzucać winę za porażki na otoczenie. By rzeczywiście bohater wreszcie wrócił na właściwą ścieżkę musi najpierw pokonać samego siebie, swoją niepewność i strach przed zmianą. Dopiero wtedy będzie mógł rozpocząć przemianę, nareszcie wyzwolić się od swojego cierpienia.
