„TELL ME WHY” to promocyjny singiel z debiutanckiego albumu The Kid LAROI, „F * CK LOVE”. W utworze wyprodukowanym przez Internet Money, LAROI wylewa swoje emocje, gdy opłakuje zmarłych przyjaciół i rodzinę. Utwór jest prawdopodobnie hołdem dla jego bliskiego przyjaciela i mentora, Juice WRLD, który niestety zmarł 8 grudnia 2019 r. z powodu napadu wywołanego substancją.

Piosenka była początkowo odtwarzana podczas otwarcia trasy koncertowej Lil Tjaya na początku 2020 roku, jednak później była odtwarzana jeszcze wiele razy.
