Frederick Douglass was born in Tuckahoe at he’s age he did have no accurate knowledge of he’s own ago. He didn’t know how to read or write because he was a slave while ever slave he knew didn’t know.He’s mother and him were speared when he was an infant, it’s a custom in Maryland to put the child from it’s mother.
