Barrett śpiewa tutaj o miłości, nie pokazując nam jednak tego uczucia w stereotypowy, romantyczny sposób. Dla niego to uczucie jest niczym choroba, coś czym można się zarazić, coś co odbiera człowiekowi zdolność normalnego myślenia, co doprowadza go do szaleństwa i pcha do głupot. Wokalista zdaje się wręcz żałować, że się zakochał. Czuje się oszukany, zmanipulowany i omamiony przez kobietę, która „miała czelność” rzucić na niego urok i zainteresować go swoją osobą. Nie planował miłości, a ta jednak go spotkała, jak przeziębienie czy grypa.
Słuchając tej piosenki mamy jednak wrażenie, że pod tymi wszystkimi narzekaniami autora czai się jednak radość z tego, że udało mu się natrafić ponownie na miłość w swoim życiu. Sam przyznaje, że myślał iż jego serce nie jest już w stanie pokochać, ale jednak prawda okazała się zupełnie inna. Teraz Aaron może narzekać ile dusza zapragnie, ale jest już dla niego za późno – zakochał się i nie będzie w stanie łatwo się z tego wyleczyć. Chociaż i tak pewnie koniec końców nie będzie szukał lekarza.
