King Tuff śpiewa w tym utworze o tym, jak dziwnym stworzeniem jest jego zdaniem człowiek. „Psycho Star” to kawałek o ludziach, istotach które na tej planecie w rzeczywistości są „outsiderami”, niepasującym gatunkiem. Zdaniem wokalisty to właśnie my nie przystajemy do natury, jesteśmy jej coraz mniejszą częścią, wciąż zmierzając w kierunku całkowitego uwolnienia się od niej.
Tylko my oddajemy się tak strasznym okrucieństwom, niesprawiedliwości – inne stworzenia nawet nie dorastają nam do pięt jeżeli chodzi o sumę zła, jaka w nich drzemie. Mimo że wywodzimy się z natury i przyrody odcinamy się od niej coraz bardziej, marząc o „zamkach na niebie”, „innych planetach”, tak jakby ta, z której się wywodzimy była czymś mniej wartościowym.
Kyle zastanawia się tutaj, jak dziwacznym jesteśmy gatunkiem, ile sprzeczności w sobie zawieramy. Wciąż niezadowoleni, siejący chaos i destrukcję, ale też przekraczający coraz to nowe granice i słabości, rzeczywiście jesteśmy czymś wyjątkowym w skali naszej planety. Pozostaje tylko pytanie, czy to dobrze czy źle, że jesteśmy tacy jacy jesteśmy – na to już musimy odpowiedzieć sobie sami, ponieważ autor nie daje tutaj żadnej odpowiedzi.
