„Cradling Mother, Cradling Woman” to utwór pochodzący z wydanego 22 września 2020 roku albumu studyjnego Fleet Foxes, zatytułowanego „Shore.” Na czwartym albumie Fleet Foxes, Robin Pecknold lamentuje i wspomina ambiwalentne czasy lat po „Crack-Up”, w obliczu globalnego kryzysu. Mając na celu „ratowanie życia w tym oceanie złych wiadomości”, Shore zanurza się głębiej w bujny, barokowy rock z lat 70. z poprzedniego albumu zespołu, obleczony w jaśniejszy i pełen nadziei ton.
