Piosenka jest opowieścią o postawie życiowej wokalisty, która w dużej mierze odbiega od trendów wyznaczonych przez społeczeństwo. Daron Malakian, wokalista zespołu, wyśmiewa tutaj podległe społecznym modom podejście ludzi do życia. On idzie ścieżką, którą sam dla siebie wybrał i nie rozumie ludzi, którzy ślepo kroczą tymi wydeptanymi już wcześniej.
Pieprzyć świat z wszystkimi jego trendami, mówi wprost w tekście piosenki. Mówi też, że przecież nie ma się czym martwić, wszystko i tak się niedługo skończy – tak mówią profeci. Nadchodzi koniec świata, świata jaki znamy. Nie ma i nie będzie lepszego momentu żeby po prosty być sobą i żyć po swojemu.
Zwraca się bezpośrednio do kogoś – mówi, że nie rozumie jego postawy, że widział go kroczącego wydeptaną ścieżką. Dlaczego marnujesz swoje życie, zdaje się pytać. I wyśmiewa podległych, bezmyślnych ludzi pozbawionych poglądów i własnego zdania.
