„Stay The Night”, drugi utwór z albumu „¡Uno !”, dotyczy zakochania się i trzymania tej osoby tak długo, jak to możliwe. Piosenka jest zgodna z klasyczną pop-punkową formułą, wypełnioną nieco większym ciepłem niż inne utwory Green Day, pasujące do sentymentalnego tekstu.
On chce jej i nie marnuje czasu. Choć mogą to być hormony proste, istnieje również potrzeba znalezienia tej prawdziwej osoby, który pokocha na zawsze. On też nie chce na to czekać. Mimo że już wie, do czego to doprowadzi, jego impulsywna natura nie pozwala mu odejść, nie robiąc nawet ostatniego zamachu.
